From our dairy farm’s sustainable milk and cheese to our many farm-to-fork restaurants, there are lots of ways to enjoy eating local, including savoring snapper, mullet (the fish that jumps out of the water) and stone crab. But we don’t stop there. Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton feature both fine and causal dining. In fact, there’s so much variety to choose from, each meal can be a completely different experience.
