PRICING INFORMATION

Interior spaces: 1st and 2nd floor common areas, including all public areas of the 1st floor (Great Room, Library, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook, 1st Floor Guest Suite), all public areas of the 2nd floor (Gallery, Balcony, Ship Room, Bayside Room, 2nd Floor Guest Suite), & public restrooms on both floors. Additional rooms on the 2nd floor are available, contact sales office for information.

Exterior Spaces: Patio and Bayside Pavilion; lawn is not included.

Rental time: Noon to 11 p.m. Rental time should include set-up and tear-down

Rental includes a 1-hr rehearsal (non-holiday) confirmed 60 days in advance of the event date.

Saturday: $7,500 + tax per day
Friday or Sunday: $7,000 + tax per day
Sundays before holidays will be charged at the Saturday rental rate

Thursday: $5,500 + tax per day
Monday – Wednesday: $4,500 + tax per day

Add the lawn to your event rental at the rate of $1,000 + tax; see full rates below.

Sundays before holidays will be charged at the Saturday rental rate
Thursday: $6,500 + tax per day

The ceremony only rental is for the Bayside Lawn, Patio, or Pavilion areas, but does include access to public restrooms, 1st and 2nd floor guest suites, and the balcony. Maximum of 100 guests. Must use preferred vendor list for rentals; no food service allowed. Available 4 or less months prior to event date.

Rental time: 3-hours maximum between 7am – 9pm; rental time should include set-up and tear-down

$2,000 + tax

Crosley Estate Elopements are for walk-on/walk-off ceremonies on the Bayside Lawn, Bayside Pavilion, or the Patio; access to a restroom and the balcony available as requested. Maximum of 20 people plus the officiant. No set-up or food allowed. Elopements can be contracted upon availability no more than 60 days in advance.

Rental time: 30 minutes; additional 30 minutes for photos can be added for $100 + tax

Daytime Ceremony between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.: $400 + tax
Evening Ceremony between 5 – 9 p.m.: $650 + tax

New Year’s Eve rental package includes the rental of the estate plus the lawn from 1pm to 2am. Holiday surcharge and a 1-hr rehearsal (non-holiday) are included.

$10,500 + tax

Personal photos only – engagements, wedding portraits, graduation, etc. $200 + tax per hour with 1-hour minimum and 4-hours maximum between 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Can only be scheduled within 30 days of requested event date

$250 per each additional scheduled hour Unscheduled additional hours are $375 per hour
Applicable to Crosley Estate Event Rental, Event Rental with Lawn, and business meeting rentals.

One-hour rehearsal, on a non-holiday date is included in the Crosley Estate Event Rental and Crosley Estate Event Rental with Lawn
$300 (one-hour period) if scheduled on a Manatee County observed holiday
Upon availability; scheduled 30-60 days prior to event
Food and beverage service during rehearsals is not permitted

General Information

Catering: The Crosley Estate works with six local caterers for in-house food and beverage services including alcohol and bar service. Please see our complete list of caterers.
License Agreement: The License Agreement Request Form is the first step to secure your date and obtain a license agreement for your upcoming event. Contact our sales team at sales@BACVB.com to receive your request form.
Facility Representative: Crosley management will assign a facility representative approximately 45 days prior to your scheduled event. Look for wedding or event planners online, with your caterer and in bridal magazines.
Security: Management has the right to require security for any event at the Licensee’s expense. Should you choose to have security, arrangements are made with your event manager.
Insurance: Events are required to provide Event Liability Insurance – Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence. All certificates must name both Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, as additional insured.
