Bradenton Area Convention Center is partnering with Milan Catering and Event Design, our resident caterer, to offer you amazing menus that create life-time memories. They deliver contemporary menus blended with perfect service and their customized menu items reflect your favorite foods, your cultural heritage or family recipes. Every day, Milan takes the ordinary and transforms it into the something extraordinary.

The Bradenton Area Convention Center is also partnering with CCAV to handle all of our client’s audio visual needs no matter how big or small. Owned and operated in Sarasota, FL, CCAV offers reliable, high-quality equipment rentals to clients nationwide. Exhibitor Information

The Bradenton Area Convention Center has become the home for many annual exhibitor-based events since its doors opened in 1985. Our 32,400-square-foot main arena can hold 188 10' by 10' booths.

Our event managers, as well as your event sponsor, are available to assist during events. For specifics of what is available for use, contact your event sponsor. For details related to the technical setup of the event, such as utility and power, please call 941-722-3244 ext. 0 and ask for a Center representative.

Vehicles can be placed in the building for display with the following restrictions: vehicle must be moved in and out without general public in the facility. Vehicle must have less than ¼ tank of gas and once parked disconnect the battery

Service Animals Only allowed in facility.

No Smoking: In accordance with the Fl Clean Air Act, the Center’s smoking policy restricts smoking to designated smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited at all times inside the facility. This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigs, etc.
