Gary J. Mazzu (Artistic Director / Show Director)

Gary J. Mazzu is now entering his second decade as the Artistic Director of the Powel Crosley Theatre. He has been directing professionally for over 37 years. His credits include Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Comedy of Errors, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Much Ado About Nothing, The Taming of the Shrew, and The Importance of Being Earnest; premiers of: Ludlow, A Walk in the Woods, and To Bury Caesar. Gary has directed M*A*S*H actors Jamie Farr in Catch Me If You Can, Gary Burghoff in Tribute, and Bill Christopher in God’s Man in Texas at the Mt. Gretna Playhouse. Gary has directed at MGM Studios and Disney’s Epcot Center and spent over a decade teaching at various universities.

Eileen Earnest

This is Eileen's thirteenth!! production at the Crosley and she is thrilled to once again be a part of the wonderful Bradenton/Sarasota Community! Gwendolyn Crosley has become one of her favorite characters and it is a joy to return to a place that has shown her such kindness. She enjoys hugs, punny jokes, and has hidden a Reese's Cup somewhere in the mansion. Happy hunting. When she is not hobnobbing with guests in Florida, Eileen resides in Cincinnati, OH with her husband Scott and two turtles, Ren and Kohl. She is Co-Manager of ComedySportz Cincinnati and Project Manager for OTRimprov. She travels around the country performing, teaching, and training theatre and improv technique. Alex Stompoly

Powel Crosely Theater debut. Alex is a Missouri native with a BFA in Acting from Missouri State University in Springfield MO. Most recently Alex has appeared in the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire's production of A Holiday at Mount Hope as Samuel Flaversham and as Sir Walter Roderick Kensington for the Faire's 2018 season. Other notable credits include Bob Cratchit/Belle/Ghost of Christmas Future in A Christmas Carol, originated the role of Nick in world premier of All of US, The Professor in Uncle Vanya, Theseus in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Cleante in Tartuffe, Felix in The Odd Couple, Edna Turnblad in Hairspray, Clairee Belcher in Steel Magnolias. Alex has appeared in several other stage productions as well as independent films. Thanks and love to his family for their constant support. 

Jordan Bell

Jordan is a Mississippi Gulf Coast native with a BFA in musical theatre from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). She most recently performed as a caroler for the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire's holiday season events, including Holiday Open House, Traditional Family Christmas, and The Naughty List with Arthur Greenleaf Holmes. Other Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire credits include the role of Eleonora Duval in Poe Evermore, and Robin Eutonia in the family celtic music group "The Irish Revels" during the 2018 Faire season. Jordan is excited to return to warmer weather and make her Powel Crosley Theatre debut!

Melissa L. E. Baker

Melissa L. E. Baker is thrilled to be joining the ensemble at the Powel Crosley estate for the first time. While she has been known to perform at theaters in the Pennsylvania/Delaware/New Jersey area, she is best known as the producing director and vocalist of National touring ensemble Chaste Treasure. Melissa would like to thank her fiance, Tom, for his support, and looks forward to him becoming her husband in June. 


Tom Zadoyko

Tom is looking forward to once again joining with friends at the Powel Crosley Estate for another wonderful show! He is excited to be performing with everyone, including his friend and partner Ryan from the sword-fighting show, Buckle and Swash, as well as his bride-to-be, Melissa! In addition to improv, Renaissance Faires, and other live performances, Tom has also embarked into a voice-over career. Some of his work can be found on Audible. He would like to thank Gary for the chance to once again do what he loves. Additionally, he is ever grateful to his parents for understanding his change of career path from Marine Scientist to actor and comedian and their love and support on this strange but wonderful journey!

Ryan Gigliotti

Ryan is thrilled to be performing at the beautiful Powel Crosley Estate. He is a full time actor at the Walt Disney World Resort, performing comedy and the occasional light saber duel. For theater, he originated the role of Man 1 (Zeus, et al.) in the Iliad, the Odyssey, and All of Greek Mythology in 99 Minutes or Less. Other theater credits include the Bandit in Rashomon, Luigi in The Explorer’s Club, and almost everyone in Almost, Maine. Ryan and Tom Zadoyko can also be seen touring festivals across the country as Buckle & Swash, their comedy sword fighting pirate show.
