Miano Academy of Art

Miano Academy of Art is a nonprofit art school dedicated to the education and teachings of Contemporary Art. This workshop is host to classes that teach the timeless principles of classical-style painting, drawing and sculpture. There you can learn from master artists, soak in the art history lectures, take an online class or simply admire the stunning array of classical art by contemporary artists.

If you’re visiting the Downtown Bradenton Public Market, you’re in for an artful treat. This outdoor exhibition allows you to discover the many local artists that call the Bradenton Area home, and to find keepsakes for friends and family or yourself! 

Village of the Arts

You will know you’re somewhere special when visiting the quirky and colorful cottages of the Village of the Arts. The ‘Village’ is an eclectic blend of early 20th century bungalows, Florida cracker homes, and modern houses, all of which allow artists the opportunity to live and create in their gallery space. You’ll find a vast assortment of art here, including sculpture, painting, healing arts, and other specialty shops. Be sure to mark your calendars for the first weekend of each month for ArtWalk when the Village explodes with creativity. Many galleries open their doors for the public to explore and enjoy.
