Spring Recreational Lacrosse

Empowering girls to find their voice in the world. Empowered Lacrosse was established to empower girls to find their voice in the world. Our aim is to develop girls’ confidence on and off the field by providing access to all levels of lacrosse and cultivating passion.  We strive to introduce lacrosse to communities and fund players who endeavor to reach elite levels of play.  These are opportunities where girls can grow as people, develop confidence and learn the power of hard work and their own strength – physically and metaphorically.
